I am a PhD candidate in Finance at the Gies College of Business, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. My research centers on the interconnections between financial markets and macroeconomic activity. I put great emphasis on the synergy between theory and empirics. In an ongoing work, I study how the overall (in)adequacy of public investment is reflected in asset prices.
I hold a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Nanjing University, respectively.
